Former billionaire Sergei Polonsky recorded two "circles" in which he claimed he was being threatened in Dubai by "Alibek and Kachur from Interpol." According to the Cheka-OGPU and http://Rucriminal.info, these were Alibek Isaev, an IT businessman and creator of the Dudu and YzerChat platforms, and Vitaly Kachur, a former partner of Alexander Udodov (the "wallet" of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin).
In the first "circle," Polonsky claims that Alibek and Kachur threatened to "cut off his ears." The former billionaire claims to have previously saved Alibek's life. In the second "circle," an enraged Polonsky swears and promises to "bite out Alibek's Adam's apple" and "bite out his throat."
Alibek Isaev is currently wanted by Interpol for a series of contract killings in Russia. Vitaly Kachur, in turn, is wanted for founding a security agency organized crime group that extorted 15 billion rubles from businessmen.

Apparently, Polonsky has known Kachur for a long time. Photos of them at parties in the mid- to late 2000s can be found in archives. Kachur and Udodov once purchased apartments in the Federation Tower, which was being built by Polonsky's companies. Isaev and Kachur are currently hiding in the UAE, where Kachur works closely with Isaev.

The reasons for the conflict are still unknown, but we will definitely determine them.
