A new bald recruiter of prisoners for war has emerged in Russia. Several sources at the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported that during his recent visit to Penal Colony No. 6, Lipetsk Region Governor Igor Artamonov (former vice president of Sberbank), surrounded by masked special forces soldiers with machine guns and helmets, began to urge prisoners to enlist in the war because they needed to "defend the Fatherland."
