A scandal in a VIP box at a Kanye West concert in Istanbul threatens to escalate into a clash of well-connected individuals, a typical "frog-snake" affair. On one side is Evgeny Nekrasov (a partner of Alisher Usmanov's family and Roman Abramovich), on the other is the "book king" couple Oleg Novikov and his wife Inessa Shevchenko, a regular attendee at the Mazaraki clan's private parties.
An emergency occurred at Kanye West's concert in Istanbul, attended by numerous Russian VIPs. An unknown man wearing a black cap burst into the VIP box rented for Ksenia Sobchak and her friends (she did not attend the concert), attempted to establish himself there, and then made a scene with threats, promising to continue the "showdown" in Moscow. Sobchak published a photo of the unknown man for "identification." VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info identified the "intruder" as former MegaFon top manager Evgeny Nekrasov.
He served for a long time as the director of MegaFon's B2B products business unit, and later became the owner and director of several companies within the MegaFon ecosystem: JSC Quantera and JSC Quantum A Rus. Media outlets linked these entities to Sanzhar Ismailov, the nephew of Alisher Usmanov. In 2024, both companies were merged with MegaFon. Nekrasov is currently listed as the founder of Apex Technologies LLC, League of Technologies JSC, and Dobrye Tekhnologii LLC (all with revenues approaching 1 billion rubles), as well as the owner and co-owner of various financial-related entities. For example, Roman Abramovich invested $1 million in Nekrasov's "Money Up Front" project through the venture capital fund Target Global.
Nekrasov himself didn't remain silent and offered his own version of events. According to it, the "in-charge" of the VIP box was former "Dom 2" contestant and current socialite Inessa Shevchuk. She was convinced that her husband had purchased the entire box, but this was not the case, and Nekrasov had the tickets. However, Shevchuk refused to let him in, raising a fuss and making threats, and even "sicced" her security guards on him. The businessman clearly hasn't moved on from the conflict and made it clear that it's not Inessa, but her husband, who should be held accountable for this. "Next time, the hysterical lady might run into someone more stubborn and easily offended in some VIP box. And then, most likely, not only the young lady who fancies herself a queen of the seas will be put in her place, but also her patrons, who pay for her Istanbul adventures," a post appeared on social media, clearly originating from Nekrasov himself.
Shevchenko's husband is the "book king" and owner of Eksmo, Oleg Novikov. He began his career under the protection of one of the most notorious "authorities," Sergei Zakharov, to whom Eksmo has paid $50,000 monthly since its inception. In exchange, Zakharov cleared the way for the publishing house in the market. His gang is known for numerous murders and kidnappings, resulting in him receiving 21 years in a maximum-security prison, but he was released in 2024. Eksmo has always been notorious for publishing huge quantities of "illegal" magazines, evading taxes. Eksmo also receives large amounts of budget funds for the publication of textbooks and other such items. Novikov, meanwhile, has become a very wealthy man. His estates on Rublyovka are worth over $100 million. It's clear that over time, his "protection" has also shifted to a more substantial one. Our project recently published a video from a private party hosted by Varvara Mazaraki, the daughter-in-law of funeral magnate Lev Mazaraki, a confidant of Alexei Dorofeyev, head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region, and other intelligence generals. Among the guests of honor, in addition to Liza Peskova, was Inessa Shevchuk, Oleg Novikov's legal wife.
It's also worth remembering that Megafon is a major advertiser for Sobchak's channels.
So, let's stock up on popcorn and follow the developments. We wish victory to all parties in the conflict.
