According to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, the body of former Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner, who died under strange circumstances in Cyprus, is being abducted from a Moscow morgue. The top manager's relatives are opposed to his hasty cremation until the circumstances of his death are established. However, Baumgertner's business partner, Alexey Dozortsev, intends to carry out this plan, bypassing his relatives and using his connections. Dozortsev is one of the beneficiaries of Baumgertner's death.
As our project has discovered, Baumgertner was single at the time of his death; his heirs are his sister and children from two marriages. Investigators in Cyprus and the UK have not yet established the cause and circumstances of the top manager's death. After Vladislav's disappearance, his sister filed a report with the Moscow Tsaritsyno Police Department, where an investigation is underway. Russian law enforcement agencies sometimes open investigations into the deaths of people outside the Russian Federation. Relatives believe that until it is definitively established that Baumgertner was not murdered, his body cannot be cremated, as this could hinder the investigation. However, Baumgertner's business partner, Alexei Dozortsev, is being suspiciously persistent. He initially tried to obtain written permission for cremation from relatives, but was categorically refused. Then he stated, "With or without your consent, the body will be cremated on February 21st. I will find a way to make it happen." It's worth noting that Dozortsev was a former high-ranking official with extensive connections, including in law enforcement.
It was Dozortsev who "ran" around the media, first claiming that Baumgertner was a rock climber (a lie), then that he was a keen hiker and died in an accident (before the body had even been identified). This, too, was a lie, as the top manager had suffered from an ankle condition since childhood, and any exertion caused severe pain. Therefore, he avoided long walks and exercise.
Now, Dozortsev has announced through the media the date of Baumgertner's funeral: February 21, when, according to his partner, the body is to be cremated. It's worth noting that Dozortsev is the custodian of Baumgertner's assets and, after his death, gained sole access to all of them.
Another figure benefiting from the top manager's death is Sergey Shishkarev, owner of the Delo Group of Companies, with whom Baumgertner had a long-standing financial conflict. Business partners, including Rosatom, are now turning their backs on Shishkarev.
