The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info learned of a criminal story organized by the general director of "Detsky Mir" Maria Davydova, who was once credited with a close relationship with the owner of AFK "Sistema" (owned "Detsky Mir") Vladimir Yevtushenkov. The materials that we have obtained indicate that Davydova organized the kidnapping of her common-law husband and forcibly put him in a clinic.
Davydova lived with her common-law husband Sergei for more than 15 years (they were not married). They have two children born in 2013 and 2014.
In April 2023, they separated, then tried to restore their relationship several times, but it did not work.
During 2023, they agreed on a voluntary division of property, Davydova offered her husband to take the old house, as a result, she simply transferred money for it.
Then she told everyone that she was a victim of betrayal and a benefactor, because she gave the ungrateful husband money.
As a result, the last time they lived together was at the end of February-March and they separated. After that, they lived separately, she on Novaya Riga, he in Moscow.
Sergey rented an apartment, got a job at a bank and began to improve his life with a new girlfriend.
From this moment, the most interesting begins.
According to a source of the VChK-OGPU, after the breakup, Davydova began to blackmail her ex-husband with children, although before that there were no problems with communication. The reason was that, allegedly, he was a drug addict (she had no excesses, real confirmations and evidence).
“The man is 44, he has been into sports for the last 5-7 years, there have never been problems with addictions and the law,” Sergey's friend told us. On May 25, 2024, Davydova, under the pretext of an examination by a narcologist, so that she could communicate with the children, called Sergei to the Sechenov Institute, the department for the treatment of addictive disorders.
And there they abducted him. Literally. Three big guys injected him with haloperidol and took him to rehab, where they kept him for six months by force.
Without the possibility of going outside, medical care, etc.
At that time, Davydova received a certificate from Sechenov, in which, based on the results of Sergei's examination, he was diagnosed with "grade 2 drug addiction." There were no tests for the presence of psychoactive substances either at Sechenov or at rehab.
In this certificate, in particular, it is written that he contacted Sechenov on May 23 and was in their hospital from May 27 to 29.
In reality, he was neither there nor there. On the 23rd he was at work at the bank, and he could not have been in the hospital because he had been in rehab since the 25th, which is confirmed by a certificate from the rehab and a copy of the correspondence in WhatsApp, where Davydova informs his brother that he has been in rehab since May 25.
When he gets to rehab, all of Sergey's personal belongings are taken away, including his keys, phone, and all of his documents. And they give it to Davydova, who takes all of his personal belongings from his rented apartments and drives his car to her place.
After that, she files a lawsuit (in October) to deprive Sergey of his parental rights. The court uses the same certificate from Sechenovka. The court very quickly, on December 6, deprives him of his parental rights, based on the testimony of Davydova's son, her friend, and Sergey's ex-wife (with whom he thought he had a good relationship and whom he helped).
Of course, he doesn't know about the court.
Nobody ever called or came to rehab.
He escapes from rehab on December 6. He finds out that all his things, documents were taken away from him and that he no longer has rented apartments.
During her time in rehab, Davydova gained access to his accounts, deleted almost all of these accounts, including business accounts. She cleared almost all of the correspondence and photos that could establish the truth.
He was fired from the bank for absenteeism because they could not find him.
"And on December 9, Davydova files a statement against him with the police that, allegedly, a year ago he beat her and the children and extorted the money that she voluntarily gave him. They do not provide any evidence - there is none. The same people testify as in court, - said the interlocutor of the VChK-OGPU, - on December 10, she files a lawsuit to recover unjust enrichment, bringing the same certificate from Sechenovka and a statement from the police." Sergei's accounts are frozen and he is left without money.
Davydova does not respond to any messages, does not make any demands.
Through her parents, she eventually gives him the key to the storage room, where the things he did not take out of her house are stored, mainly "electronic hardware" from the business he was involved in and some clothes. Everything that Davydova took from the apartments, including documents, is still with her.
Afterwards, she also handed over one key to the car, because she realized that he knew the location of the stolen car.
At the trial of the children, Davydova, in particular, stated that Sergei has sex with his adult daughters. The daughters, having learned this, were shocked.
Davydova forbade them to call Sergey while he was in rehab.
She also spread information that he was almost dying and his heart and liver were barely working. Naturally, this was a lie.
The second trial for money was also extremely fast, now a moti is being prepared a rigorous decision.
