The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered how Aliya Galitskaya was intimidated before she committed suicide in pretrial detention. The wife of billionaire Alexander Galitsky was devastated by the fact that she was being charged with the attempted murder of lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky.

According to our information, a campaign to bring criminal charges against Aliya Galitskaya was devised and launched. "Pocket" police officers from the Istra Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were brought in, as well as the "heavy artillery" of a VIP lawyer with connections to the FSB and the Investigative Committee.

The second part, previously planned as a crushing blow to Aliya Galitskaya to serve the oligarch's interests (we previously reported that Alexander Galitsky, even after his wife's death in custody, ordered defamatory publications against her), is now being carefully concealed. Under the current circumstances, this "secret case" has placed the security forces in a difficult position.

As the Cheka-OGPU has discovered, to avoid his ex-wife's claims on his assets, Alexander Galitsky promoted the position that his marriage to Aliya Galitskaya was a "joke." This is despite the fact that the couple had been married for over ten years—everyday life, travel, which can be easily confirmed by leaks—and had two children together.

Meanwhile, in the United States (the couple married in Las Vegas, part of the state of Nevada), there was a real divorce case, with Alexander Dobrovinsky organizing the oligarch's defense.

Based on FSB materials, a criminal case was opened at the central office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation under the article "Murder." The investigation was assigned to investigators from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs based in Kommunarka. There, investigative actions were conducted with Galitsky himself, his lawyer, Dobrovinsky, and a "key witness."

According to investigators, Aliya Galitskaya allegedly "ordered" the "killing" of Dobrovinsky to prevent him from representing Alexander Galitsky. Her intentions and role were confirmed by Nikolai Bolgov, Aliya Galitskaya's second husband after the billionaire. He testified against her. Prior to this, Bolgov, who had robbed Aliya and separated from her, had received a large sum from the oligarch's associates.

This is precisely why Aliya Galitskaya mentioned both her husbands—Galitsky and Bolgov—in her suicide note. She knew of their conspiracy, the fabricated cases, and was under constant pressure. The woman realized that, thanks to her opponents' efforts, she could be sent to prison for many years for something she hadn't done. She could also lose her freedom and the chance to get her children back.

We previously wrote in detail about the first part, with Aliya's accusations of slander and extortion. In a short period of time, the entire top brass at the Istra Department of Internal Affairs changed hands—many of them came from the economic security unit, including the current department head, Ryabtsev, and the head of the investigative department, Kashirny.

All of them had connections (albeit indirectly, through the SEB vertical, whose former employees are part of the Alfa Bank security service) with Alexander Galitsky's business structures. However, after the suicide in the temporary detention center, the court and the prosecutor's office abruptly and demonstrably backed down on this issue.

This despite the fact that these same officials had approved and supported the arrest of the innocent woman. When Aliya Galitskaya committed suicide in a temporary detention facility, they first lifted her pretrial detention and then dropped the criminal case itself. It was ruled illegal and without any basis.
