This is Dmitry Katkov, who serves as an advisor to the head of the Russian Equestrian Federation. Until the fall of 2016, he headed the F (Finance) Department of the Main Directorate for Economic Security and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, when his colleague and friend, "billionaire in uniform" Dmitry Zakharchenko, was arrested. Almost immediately, Katkov was "sent on sick leave" and then dismissed with a black mark due to loss of trust. The official reason was that Katkov was found to have an undeclared apartment in Montenegro. And already in 2017, he got a job with Sechina – at her management company, Upravlenie. And since then, he's been a constant companion to Marina. Dmitry Katkov has a brother, Vadim, whom Sechina and her trusted advisor assigned to… the energy system.
