According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU and http://Rucriminal.info, the import of slave labor from North Korea to Russia is personally and exclusively overseen by Sergei Naryshkin, head of the SVR. He himself negotiated the opening of this channel during a visit to North Korea. All the technical work is handled by Yevgeny Markin, an SVR alumnus and executive director of the Russian-Chinese Business Council. The sale of slave labor is conducted through several trusted agencies, which either report losses on billions of rubles in their financial statements, or are officially liquidated, and their operation is unclear. A small portion of the profits is transferred to North Korea (the migrant workers themselves receive a meager wage at home, with the state retaining 90% of the proceeds), and the rest is divided among the channel's organizers.
