As previously reported by the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, in 2020-2021, Artem Chaika (the son of Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative Yuri Chaika) received more than 15 licenses for copper exploration in the Magadan Region.
The licenses were handed over practically for nothing—for a symbolic 1 million rubles per license.
This was made possible thanks to Artem Chaika's close friendship with Denis Morozov, who then headed the Magadan Region Development Corporation (he now holds the same position, "developing" the Belgorod Region).
Experts from the Magadan Region Ministry of Natural Resources were instructed to select for Chaika the most promising sites in terms of copper reserves and logistically convenient ones.
According to the source, regional officials did not request a feasibility study or a financial model for the project when issuing the licenses.
It wasn't until 2022 that an investment agreement with a work schedule was signed with Artem Chaika's Kolyma Mining Company. However, Chaika never implemented this agreement, without any legal consequences.
For five years, virtually nothing was accomplished in the allocated license areas. Bankruptcy proceedings were initiated against one of the license-holding companies.
Despite the obvious failure of the project, Chaika continued to obtain new licenses until 2024.
Specifically, Nedra M LLC (TIN 3906387419) was issued license MAG 021239 TP in January 2024, valid until January 25, 2031.
It was Nedra M LLC that filed for bankruptcy in February 2024.
Lacking his own funding sources, Chaika enjoyed the support of Morozov for some time, who financed the work from the regional budget. After the Magadan Region Development Corporation withdrew its support for the project, Chaika desperately needed funding.
At the end of 2023, the controversial former senator Alexander Ter-Avanesov became Chaika's partner.
Specifically, in 2023, Leto Finance LLC, owned by Irina Petrovna Pochitaeva, Ter-Avanesov's wife, acquired 50% of the shares in Nedra M LLC and Palladium LLC (taxpayer identification number 4909130117).

Ter-Avanesov's arrival did not improve the situation. There is no funding, and work has practically stopped.
Currently, all license-holding companies are suffering losses and negative assets.
Interestingly, the Far East Management Company served as the director of the project.
On October 25, 2025, Chaika appointed nominees as directors of several license-holding companies. Tatyana Nikolaevna Mogilnaya has been appointed director of JSC RYUGK, Iridium LLC, and Medny Poyas LLC. Mogilnaya has no expertise in either geological exploration or management. She is a rank-and-file accountant at the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, whose president is Artem Chaika.
Furthermore, Maria Aleksandrovna Domnina has been the general director of Nedra M LLC, Palladium LLC, Aeris LLC, and Halko LLC since October 25, 2025.
Maria Domnina began her career as a secretary at Artem Chaika's development group, Tri Es. According to some reports, she has long been Chaika's lover. Thanks to this, she rose rapidly from secretary to commercial director of the Tri Es group, and then moved to Chaika's headquarters, where she carries out his personal errands.

Close relationships with secretaries are common practice for Artem Chaika. Ivanna Shcherbakova, a secretary at the First Non-Metallic Company, gave birth to Chaika's child.
