VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned that Krasnodar Krai Prosecutor Sergei Tabelsky will soon take up the post of Deputy Prosecutor General. He has long been acquainted with the new Prosecutor General, Alexander Gutsan, dating back to the latter's time as Deputy Prosecutor General. Meanwhile, Alexander Lisyev, Head of the Department for Review of Appeals and Documentation Support at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, has submitted his resignation. He will be joining the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court, working under Gennady Lopatin.
