According to the Cheka-OGPU, a court in Yaroslavl will again review the administrative charge of participation in an undesirable organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against Yevgeny Yermolin, a former professor at the local pedagogical university (YaGPU). On October 13, the court returned the first charge to the prosecutor's office for revision without review, but the prosecutor failed to return it within three days. A week later, the prosecutor filed a new charge against the professor under the same article, which was sent to Moscow's Nagatinsky District Court for review. The Moscow court transferred the charge to Yaroslavl's Kirovsky District Court, based on jurisdiction, where the "offense" was committed, which involved distributing materials from the Latvian "Free University" on the professor's Telegram channel.
