According to a source at the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, billionaire Oleg Polyakov, owner of the Peton holding company and part-time fixer, spends time in private and confidential meetings with Dyumin (presidential aide and secretary of the State Council), General Filatov, Deputy Head of the FSB Internal Security Directorate, Kurnosenko, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Kochnev (head of the Federal Protective Service), and others. The main topic of these meetings is how to secure Dyukov's place as head of Gazprom Neft and remove Alexey Miller from his post. This same group previously "appointed" Yevgeny Kozhevnikov as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Gazprom Neft, who immediately became the organizer of a large-scale embezzlement scheme. Polyakov and his interlocutors provide cover for Kozhevnikov, and in exchange, he coordinates all contracts with them.
