What's immediately noticeable is that the lights are on in the windows of all the other hospital buildings, while the ninth building seems to be deserted. There's practically no light on the third and second floors, only near the staircase. It's possible he was partially or completely relocated because of the VIP patient. However, the lights are on everywhere on the fourth floor (it's an attic floor and green), where, according to our information, Adam Kadyrov is being treated.
It's impossible to get close to the building. Already at Building 22, next to Building 9, there's a Mercedes with the attractive license plate 001, which belongs to some tough Chechens. This car is interesting. As our project discovered, officially, a car with this license plate belongs to the family of Chechen parliament member Bekkhan Khazbulatov. Incidentally, his son, Dzhambulat, is an investigator for the Chechen Investigative Committee and led the investigation into the attack on Novaya Gazeta journalist Elena Milashina. However, this license plate can be found in photographs of dozens of "cool" cars: Mercedes, BMWs, Gelendvagens, Cadillacs, Bentleys, and even a Rolls-Royce in a Caucasian wedding cortege, etc. And none of these cars belong to the Khazbulatovs. Moreover, some cars usually had KRA license plates (used by people close to Ramzan Kadyrov), but for some reason, for a day or two, they would switch them to that very same 001 with the letters "UN." Apparently, this is also the case now (the Mercedes on the Botkinskaya property also doesn't belong to the Khazbulatovs). A Genesis with a flashing light and the license plate A020MP stands out. According to long-standing leaks, a car with this license plate was assigned to Vladislav Surkov. However, whether it remained with him after he left office is unknown. The Kadyrovs and Surkovs were previously family friends. Nothing is known about their relationship in recent years. Surkov's cousin, Akhmed Dudayev, was only appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic in January 2026.
