The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have obtained the last footage of Umar Dzhabrailov before he was found dead in his rented apartment. We also share video of the police and ambulance arriving at the scene.

As our project has discovered, on the afternoon of March 1, Umar Dzhabrailov went to the restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel to meet someone. However, no one showed up, and he dined alone. The businessman then returned to his apartment in the luxury Vesper residential complex, changed into a leather jacket and jeans (he wore a cashmere coat to the restaurant), went out, and returned at 5:34 PM. Dzhabrailov never left the apartment again.

At 12:56 AM on March 2, three bearded men (claiming to be Dzhabrailov's security team) and someone in a suit (presumably Dzhabrailov's driver-security guard, to whom he allegedly sent messages threatening to commit suicide) arrived at his apartment. The door was unlocked. The bearded men peer inside, send the security guard away, and are left alone in the apartment.

Until 1:15 a.m., when the police and an ambulance arrive.
