A source for the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported that security forces have been reinforced following the tragedy at Uspenskaya School in the Odintsovo urban district. Authorities fear both new media events (revengeful actions, ethnic clashes) and a genuine uprising by the diaspora. As a reminder, 15-year-old Timofey Kulyamov, a resident of the Odintsovo district, burst into the school with a knife and committed a massacre. Upon encountering another group of children accompanied by a teacher, the teenager escalated into open threats, asking them about their nationality. School security guard Dmitry Pavlov approached, and Kulyamov pepper-sprayed him and stabbed him.
From the group, the attacker singled out a specific student—a fourth-grader (a native of Tajikistan)—and chased him. The remaining children and the teacher panicked and huddled against the walls and hid in corners.
On the stairs, Timofey overtook the child and killed him. Afterward, he spent some time trying to collect his thoughts and decide what to do next. But eventually, he surrendered to the security forces.
