There is a massive uproar within the FSB over the incident shown in this video. A man in a black T-shirt sends two men "to sleep." As VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned, these men were a senior official from the 3rd Service of the FSB’s Internal Security Directorate (USB) and an officer from the same service. The incident took place on the night of August 23 outside the Defaqto bar on Bolshaya Lubyanka Street—directly opposite the building housing the 3rd Service.
There is an incredible commotion within the 9th Directorate (USB) now that the story has reached the FSB’s top leadership.
