As discovered by VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, Daniel Shalomon—who recently drew public attention for driving a luxurious Maybach with an eye-catching license plate—has ties to the family of God Nisanov. Although he once operated as an individual entrepreneur, he closed that business in 2022. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he obtained a travel permit for a black BMW, listing his affiliation with the Odintsovo-based company "Premium-F" LLC. At the time, that firm was owned by his family’s business partners—Emil Abayev, Sergey Zateyev, and Robert Danielov—with whom Daniel’s relatives had originally launched their business ventures in Moscow. Given that "Premium-F" reported a total revenue of just over 15 million rubles for 2020, it is highly unlikely that Daniel could have afforded a Maybach on his own. At that time, the black BMW—along with a Land Rover Range Rover and a Porsche Cayenne Coupe—was registered to Daniel’s mother, Milana Shalomon (née Abramova).
The secret may lie in the Shalomon family’s new, high-profile connections. Daniel’s 25-year-old sister, Lamiya Eduardovna, married 27-year-old Leonard Arturovich Nisanov. Leonard’s mother is Ekaterina Lvovna Basmanova, and his father is 54-year-old Artur Isaakovich Nisanov—who, like God Nisanov, hails from the settlement of Krasnaya Sloboda. In the early 2000s, Artur Nisanov worked in Moscow at OOO OBTORG 99, a firm founded by his brother David Nisanov, along with Sasun Abayev and Marik Gililov. The company was registered at 19 Chasovaya Street, while nearby, at number 17, was the AST-MEDIKO-DIAGNOSTICHESKY TSENTR (AST Medical Diagnostic Center) company, owned by a third brother, Khaim Nisanov. In addition, Arthur worked at the limited liability company "Public Catering and Trade" (in which his brother David also held a stake), and in 2008, he and his brothers co-founded "Unikom-Nedvizhimost" (Unikom-Real Estate)—a firm that market participants associate with God Nisanov’s "Kievskaya Ploshchad" (Kyiv Square) group. Interestingly, in 2012, Arthur spent a month working for the "Church of Scientology of Moscow" (which was later liquidated by court order); its founders included prominent Scientologists Vladimir and Valentina Kuropyatnik.
Leonard Nisanov is a relative of God Nisanov. Leonard’s grandfather, Isaak Khaimovich Nisanov—who also arrived in the Russian Federation from the Azerbaijani settlement of Krasnaya Sloboda—was a co-founder of the "Community of Mountain Jews 'Poslannik' ('Sholiyakh')" in Moscow. He passed away in 2020 at the age of 81. Furthermore, his great-grandfather, Khaim Davidovich Nisanov, was—according to publicly available data—a relative of Semyon Davidovich Nisanov, the father of God Nisanov.
It is hardly surprising, then, that Daniel Shalomon recently replaced his mother’s 2023 BMW 740d xDrive with a Maybach S580, complete with a "fancy" (prestigious) license plate.
Several members of the Shalomon family have been involved in business in the capital since the 1990s—though, judging by their filings with the Federal Tax Service, they have not been particularly successful. Nevertheless, family members continue to purchase luxury vehicles and real estate, travel the world, and generally maintain a standard of living typical of the very wealthy.
The family patriarch, 56-year-old Eduard Shalomon, worked at a bank in 2010. ...at "Investment Union," though he soon left that position. In 2012, he spent six months heading "Trostinets Finance" LLC—a firm that collapsed spectacularly into bankruptcy in 2016. Judging by data leaked from the Pension Fund of Russia, no further entries have appeared in his employment record since then.
Meanwhile, Eduard and Milana own a 110-square-meter apartment on Novy Arbat, where their children—including Daniel—were also registered. A second apartment is currently under construction in the Presnensky District, within the "Sky View" residential complex, and a third is located in Odintsovo, in the Moscow region.
Daniel’s uncle, Valery Shalomon, holds a 50% stake in "MARINA" GALANTEREYA LLC, which owns the two-story "Marina" shopping center near the Prospekt Vernadskogo metro station. In 2019, the company reported a net loss of 135 million rubles; however, in subsequent years, it has consistently posted annual profits ranging from 14 to 21 million rubles. The other half of the company is held by Valery Ilishayev, who has been conducting business in Crimea since 2015—specifically, producing beer through his firm, TD "Farkhan," within a special economic zone (SEZ). Recently, however, local authorities requested that Ilishayev leave the SEZ, citing his violation of the terms of the agreement. Until March 2017, "MARINA GALANTEREYA" was owned by Telman Ismailov’s sons, Alekper and Sarkhan. Interestingly, according to leaked information, a member of Telman Ismailov’s extended family—29-year-old Ramiz Zaurovich Mardanov—visited the Shalomon family’s apartment on Novy Arbat. He is likely the son of Zaur Mardanov, a nephew of Ismailov who was convicted for the kidnapping of the singer Avraam Russo. As a child, Ramiz Zaurov played a young boy in the film *Park of the Soviet Period*, directed by Yuly Gusman. In his youth, he traveled from Moscow to Antalya accompanied by his father, other relatives, and members of the Russian social elite—such as Ninel Kobzon, the third wife of Iosif Kobzon. It is in Antalya that Telman Ismailov’s hotel, Mardan Palace, is located.
Leaked data also indicates that 33-year-old Ilyas Shalomon—the former owner of OOO "Invest" and former director of "Invest Group"—was registered at the apartment on Novy Arbat. During the pandemic, he worked for OOO "SKAY KOFE" (Sky Coffee), a company owned by 31-year-old David Khaimovich Shalomon, who is a cousin of Daniel.
...and Vladimir Tatintsyan. The company operated a coffee shop called "Endorphin" on Leninsky Prospekt; however, the venture did not succeed, and the location closed back in 2023. The firm has not submitted any financial statements since then. In the meantime, Tatintsyan went bankrupt, and his stake in the firm was put up for auction, but no one purchased it. David, who holds a law degree, previously worked as an assistant to Zinaida Benyaminova, the chair of the "Central House of Lawyers." His wife, Polina Shalomon, owns a 10% stake in Alliance Trade LLC, a company linked to "Zagorodny Ochag"—a large country hotel and restaurant complex in Odintsovo (the company received a plot of land from the authorities at 9 Podushkinskoye Highway, where the complex was subsequently built). "Zagorodny Ochag" is owned by Volshebny Vkus LLC, which belongs to Ekaterina Yusufova, while Shmuel Yusufov holds a 33% stake in Alliance Trade.
Another member of the Shalomon family is 40-year-old Ramil Khaimovich. He previously owned a company called "Prestige YuVAO" (focused on vehicle maintenance), but it was liquidated in 2018. Ramil has no other business interests; nevertheless, he has been known to drive a Porsche Cayenne and resides in the Laykovo gated community in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, as well as in an apartment on Leninsky Prospekt in Moscow. His ex-wife, Sheva Shalomon, enjoys traveling the world and has a penchant for expensive designer goods and fine dining. She, too, has no business entities registered in her name.
