The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned of a major scandal at Rosavtotrans. Deputy Head Maxim Zadremailo has been harassing all of his female employees, but he's had bad luck with one. She turned out to be the wife of a businessman with ties to the Rotenberg brothers. As a result, the enraged husband beat Zadremailo right there in the Rosavtotrans building.

Last fall, Rosavtotrans got a new head – Yevgeny Moshin. He's not an independent figure, but rather a project of Alexander Vasilchenko, head of the Department of State Policy for Automobile and Urban Passenger Transport at the Russian Ministry of Transport. Vasilchenko once nearly went to jail for embezzlement in the Kursk Region, but was literally "defended" by then-Minister of Transport Roman Starovoit. Starovoit is no longer with us, but Vasilchenko continues to build corruption schemes and place his people in the industry. However, this has nothing to do with our story.

Moshin appointed his close friend, Maxim Zadremailo, as his deputy at Rosavtotrans. He is a prominent and valuable figure within the ministry: according to sources, Zadremailo is the one behind the secret trade in interregional bus routes—a scam familiar from the old management staff.

However, financial fraud is just the tip of the iceberg. Zadremailo's main "hobby" is a total disrespect for his female colleagues. The deputy director harasses almost every one of them, from greasy slaps and pinches to direct sexual advances in obscene language. Moshin has received dozens of complaints, but he prefers to ignore his protégé's antics.

The situation reached a boiling point when the new deputy director, Irina Sedykh, became a victim of harassment. Faced with rude, aggressive advances, she complained to Moshin, but was met with a dead-end of inaction from the manager. Then a serious argument came into play. Irina told her husband everything.

According to a source, in mid-January, the victim's enraged husband, businessman Eduard Zandman, literally burst into the Rosavtotrans building. He is a longtime friend and partner of Pavel Balsky (an influential member of the Rotenberg clan). The conversation was brief: Zandman literally punched his attacker in the face, adding a hefty dose of "kind" words. Moreover, the fight was witnessed by numerous witnesses—Rosavtotrans employees. For several days afterward, Zadremailo walked around with a swollen face and, most importantly, began to reflect on the frailty of his situation.
