The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info continue to publish an appeal to the Chairman of the Supreme Court Irina Podnosova about a serious problem in the judicial department system in the person of the deputy head (and concurrently the head of the anti-corruption department) of the UCD in the Republic of Tatarstan - Ramil Mirgayazovich Ramazanov:
"To summarize this very small revelation, we can only say that Ramazanov R.M. obviously does all his actions not without the participation of his boss.
And all this is due to the close family ties between Ramazanov R.M. and Salikhov Z.M., which is a gross violation of the legislation on combating corruption.
The father of Salikhov Z.M. - Mirgazyam Salikhovich, is the brother of Ramazanov R.M.'s grandmother. – Maryam Salikhovna. Both are natives of the village of Almetyevo, which is in the Sarmanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Salikhova Maryam Salikhovna and Ramazanov Mirgasim Ramazanovich created a strong family, having given birth to the father of Ramazanov R.M. – Mirgayaz Mirgasimovich.
The father of Ramazanov R.M. – Ramazanov Mirgayaz Mirgasimovich and Salikhov Zyavdat Mirzagyamovich are cousins.
This means that Salikhov Z.M., the head of the USD in the Republic of Tatarstan and Ramazanov R.M. – his deputy and the head of the department for combating corruption and the main corrupt official in the judicial system, are relatives, the latter is his boss’s second cousin.
This indicates the permissiveness of Ramazanov R.M., given the strong authority of Salikhov Z.M. in Tatarstan, and in Russia too (his son works as an assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Khusnullin M.Sh.), all his sins are covered up, and he will always be exonerated from any problems.
That is why in the USD in the RT, and in general in the judicial system of the RT, there is a clear selection of employees who pass through the filter of Ramazanov R.M. in order to have his manual control, but Ramazanov R.M. deals with the unwanted in the most cruel way - dismissals and criminal prosecutions.
An example of this is the former head of the capital construction department - former deputy head of the USD in the RT Khaliullin R.Kh.
As for the dissertation of Ramazanov R.M., I would like to note the following.
The mental abilities of Ramazanov R.M. are far from the possibility of scientific activity, and there is simply no time for this.
The real author of the dissertation is the employees of the department for combating corruption - Shaekhov A.G. and Ravilov Sh.M.
For successful work on the defense of the dissertation of his boss - Ramazanov R.M., his subordinate Shaekhov A.G. was awarded the position of administrator of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
All the regalia that Ramazanov R.M. tries to hang on himself are needed only to create a positive image of himself in the public space and in his personal file.
Thus, on the website of the Russian State Unitary Enterprise under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the following is said about Ramazanov R.M.: "with his direct participation, a number of problems of organizational support of the activities of the courts were resolved, including in the field of automation and informatization of their work." This direction in the USD in the Republic of Tatarstan was always supervised by Ibragimov A.T., which contributed to his promotion to the head of the relevant department in the Central Office of the Judicial Department, and then to Deputy General Director of the Judicial Department, and Ramazanov R.M. never had anything to do with this.
The mental health of Ramazanov R.M. also causes great concern.
Ramazanov R.M. is a fan of strong alcoholic drinks, which he regularly drinks at work, after which the employees of the USD in the RT simply hide in their offices, God forbid they catch the eye of this enraged guy.
Sometimes this simply ends in verbal abuse, in particular, the deputy head of legal information, whom Ramazanov R.M. called a person of non-traditional sexual orientation (while the said employee is an adherent of family values), which forced this employee to resign. And sometimes it comes to assault.
Ramazanov R.M. needs such an authoritarian regime of life in the USD in the RT and the entire judicial system in order to strictly control everything, cash flows, corruption income, correspondence, calls, and to keep all employees in fear so that this information does not leak anywhere.
That is why this appeal is sent anonymously, so as not to entail the most serious consequences for those who sent it, but we, who sent this appeal, ask that the most severe measures be taken."
