VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned how Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, using his power and official position, built an entire business empire that has secured him and his family a multi-billion dollar fortune for generations to come. The minister's favorite tactic is to "guard" businessmen and, using his boundless administrative resources, secure them the green light and resolve any issues, in exchange for a share in the authorized capital of their businesses.
One such "wallet" of this high-ranking security official is the family of Armenian businessman Gennady Stepanyan, who jointly owns many thousands of square meters of commercial real estate in Moscow with the Interior Minister's son, Alexander Kolokoltsev. The assets of this group are estimated in the billions of US dollars. Where did the minister's son acquire billions of dollars in property, and how did he suddenly become so wealthy at his age? The answer to this question is obvious to everyone. The minister provides the Stepanyan family with complete protection and resolves all issues with government agencies and security forces, and in exchange, promotes his son as a founder, positioning Alexander Kolokoltsev as a supposedly successful businessman.
Samvel Stepanyan (son of STINKOM GROUP founder Gennady Stepanyan) and Alexander Kolokoltsev (son of the Russian Interior Minister) were officially co-founders of the Stinkom holding company (including the Yerevan Plaza shopping center and others) for many years. Currently, their joint assets are concentrated in several commercial entities. For example, STENA LLC (TIN 7726730218) was founded by the Stepanyan brothers (David, Shagor, and Samvel). However, the ownership structure later changed, and Alexander Kolokoltsev became a co-owner of the company with David Stepanyan (Samvel's brother). The legal address is the Yerevan Plaza shopping center. The minister's son also has a stake in STRELA LLC (TIN 7725261450).
Thus, high-ranking security official Vladimir Kolokoltsev and his son Alexander haven't invested a single ruble in their joint multi-billion-dollar business and the shopping centers of the Stinkom development group, yet they became shareholders, and together with Gennady Stepanyan's sons (Samvel and David), the minister's family owns real estate worth billions of US dollars.
Earlier, VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported on Lolita Shoshina, the girlfriend of Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev's son, Alexander. He spends millions of dollars on her, including flights on private jets and Dubai hotel rooms costing 2 million rubles a night. And, of course, the gifts. Just look at the Graff necklace and the Richard Mille RM 037 watch—each worth $250,000-300,000. Lolita was born in Kerch and previously worked for an escort agency. For a while, she posted gifts from Alexander, photos of flights on private jets, and so on, on social media and her Telegram channel. But then, when rumors began to circulate about the source of her gifts, she took her social media down. After all, the main thing is that Russians don't see anything like that...
