A collector of luxury cars has appeared in the Urals. As the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info discovered, the non-metallic company STK, owned by the Chernykh family—Anna (50%) and her son Alexander (50%)—has amassed an entire garage of Rolls-Royces, Mercedes-Benz AMGs, BMWs, and Lexuses in Yekaterinburg. The company has interesting business partners, and the head of the Chernykh family has a significant background connected to the GRU.

In total, Fedresurs contains 19 records of leasing agreements in favor of STK, exclusively for cars. Some data is hidden—the company attempted to conceal the specific cars it purchased. But in several cards, the publishers forgot to remove the VINs, which allowed our project to determine that the company, which sells crushed stone and sand, is buying up luxury cars rather than KAMAZ trucks. For example, this black Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which had the license plate E013EE196. STK leased it from Reso-Leasing and insured it with PAO SAK Energogarant (part of the Energogarant group, founded by Anatoly Dyakov, former Minister of Fuel and Energy of the RSFSR and former President of RAO UES of Russia). This Rolls-Royce previously belonged to Mikhail Kholodtsov, a deputy of the Krasnodar Regional Legislative Assembly and beneficiary of OAO Myasokombinat Krasnodarsky, and the "nice" license plate was used by a certain Oleg Krikun until 2023. A luxurious purple Rolls-Royce Cullinan with the license plate K013KK96 is also associated with STK. In addition, STK leased a ROLLS-ROYCE SPECTRE and two Mercedes-Benz AMGs, one black and one gray, which were regularly parked nearby. The cars had the already familiar license plate E013EE196 and its "Twin" E013EE96. STK purchased these and several other Mercedes from the St. Petersburg company Interleasing, which belongs to the family of the deceased millionaire Vladimir Kogan, who owned Uralsib Bank. All the Mercedes were manufactured in mid-2022, meaning they were imported into Russia in defiance of sanctions.

STK transferred one of the "car" leasing agreements last year to a company called PRO-SHCHEBEN. It belongs to a certain Natalya Lyalina, the daughter of Alexander Lyalina, a former employee of the Chernykh family.

STK is making a profit, but since 2021, it has been steadily declining (from 102 million rubles to 34.4 million). Meanwhile, a Rolls-Royce Spectre alone, even used, costs around 50 million rubles. And STK buys such cars in bulk (and obviously not for itself). Interestingly, despite the declining net profit, The company's revenue has been steadily growing and reached 6.3 billion rubles by the end of 2025—such a low margin suggests the wonders of tax optimization.

The fact is that STK is a complex company. The head of the Chernykh family, a former GRU officer, works for one of the oil industry's long-standing partners.

STK works closely with the PETON Oil and Gas Research and Design Institute, a major Gazprom Neft contractor, owned by the billionaire Polyakov brothers.

Alexander Chernykh's second non-metallic company, Russtroyservis, collaborates with the St. Petersburg-based Gazprom Podzemremont Urengoy.

Alexander Chernykh is active in public life: he is the president of the Sverdlovsk Regional Muay Thai Federation and the STK-Dobro Foundation, and regularly appears in the local press. His STK already had joint projects with the Putin Team during the war, and the company directly collaborates with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation (headed by Putin's cousin, Anna Tsivileva, was created to support Russians returning from the war.

Unlike Alexander, his mother leads a low-profile life. Until 2008, she was involved in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, and founded the Construction Trading Company (STK) in 2013. She also owns another STK, the Construction Transport Company, which has zero accounting records and a single employee. Her husband, 60-year-old Oleg Chernykh, is not formally involved in the family business, but he also has close ties to Gazprom structures.

Chernykh Sr. is a former GRU special forces officer: he served in Germany in a reconnaissance and sabotage group; his unit was formed from the Kirovograd Airborne Special Forces Brigade and the Naytimen Guards Special Forces Brigade of the Airborne Forces. Clearly, the son has followed in his father's footsteps, now involved in business. Chernykh Jr. received a commendation from the 80th Separate Guards Reconnaissance Battalion "Sparta."

Until 2012, Chernykh Sr. was a co-founder of OKHOTOBSHCHESTVO-13 LLC, which organized hunting and networking events. After the company's liquidation, he began working for Burenergo LLC in Novy Urengoy. Burenergo is the largest energy contractor for Gazprom. The company was founded in the early 1990s to supply power to the "national treasure" oil and gas fields. At the time, new electrical equipment was being tested under orders from Rem Vyakhirev, and Vladimir Dendyuk, a young employee of the USSR Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry, quickly realized which way the wind was blowing. He took over the new company, and Burenergo has supported his entire family for over 30 years. After his death, he received almost 66% of the authorized capital His wife, Lyudmila Dendyuk, and his son, Alexander, are 16. Burenergo managers regularly buy airline tickets for Oleg Chernykh—he flies to Moscow, Transbaikal, and Belgorod, where Burenergo operates.
