The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info discovered who's been driving around Moscow in a Lamborghini with an escort of FSO and traffic police vehicles. A number of extremely expensive foreign cars were registered to Pyotr Dneprovsky, director of Sberbank's Government Products and Services division and a close friend of Herman Gref. Why "registered"? Because Dneprovsky himself drives more modest cars. And he's not entitled to FSO protection. But Gref and his family are.

2025 turned out to be a good year for Pyotr Dneprovsky. This year, he purchased a Lexus and a Ford Mustang (which originally had the same license plate as the Lamborghini) in quick succession. In 2026, the Sberbank top manager upgraded his fleet and became the owner of a luxury Lamborghini. Meanwhile, he drove very modest cars for a long time, until 2023, when he purchased a Chinese Lixiang, which he still uses and discusses on various forums.

It's highly doubtful that Pyotr himself was "cruising" around Moscow in a Lamborghini, surrounded by FSO and Ministry of Internal Affairs escort vehicles. Even if he is Gref's friend. But his boss and his family members could easily do so.

As for Pyotr Dneprovsky, sources say that Herman Gref initially facilitated the young provincial (he hails from Chita)'s placement at the Ministry of Economic Development (he participated in the development of the Multifunctional Center project), and then brought him to Sberbank.
