The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg is hearing Kamil Magerramov's lawsuit to deprive Kristina Oleshko of parental rights over her three minor children. Kamil Magerramov is a member of the Russian Athonite Society and a recipient of the Order of the Holy Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow, 3rd Class, of the Russian Orthodox Church. He is the "right-hand man" of Konstantin Goloshchapov (Putin's massage therapist, Kostya Moshchovoz, founder of the Russian Athonite Society). Together, they were forced to flee Russia after a criminal case was opened for large-scale embezzlement of public funds, in which former St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko is also a defendant. Poltavchenko and Goloshchapov resolved their problems with the security forces, but Magerramov did not. The level of such an investigation is "beyond his capabilities." However, with lesser police officers, Magerramov continues to resolve matters directly from Qatar, where Magerramov transferred billions and then took the children he abducted from Kristina.
The lengthy trial demonstrates that even with Magerramov's money and connections, it's not so easy to deprive a mother of her children. Since the court lacks any grounds for upholding the claim, a last resort was used and Oleshko was ordered a forensic psychiatric examination at St. Petersburg City Psychiatric Hospital No. 6. This is the institution the plaintiff requested. Kristina's requests for the examination to be conducted at other institutions were dismissed by the court. "I have serious concerns that, under pressure from Magerramov, who has significant resources and high-ranking friends in government, the examination results could be falsified. In particular, there is a risk of my being unjustifiably sent for inpatient observation. "I believe Magerramov's true goal is to isolate me and then gain sole custody of the children. He has repeatedly threatened me via text messages and phone calls that if I try to interfere with his plans, he will lock me up in a mental hospital. I will never escape," Kristina told the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info. "Furthermore, if I refuse to undergo an examination at a mental hospital under the supervision of doctors, the court will consider this a refusal to undergo an examination, which is sufficient grounds for depriving me of parental rights, since I have not proven to the court that I am a healthy mother and have no addictions... In this way, Magerramov and the Primorsky Court are forcing me into a hopeless situation! No matter what decision I make, it will all be equally fatal for me." I have every reason to believe that sole custody of the children is necessary for Magerramov KO to launder funds previously transferred abroad from the Russian Federation. Obtaining custody will allow him to open trust accounts in European banks for the children and launder dubious capital.
Seeing the administrative resources being used against me, it is clear that Goloshchapov is involved in this whole affair and is assisting with his connections in St. Petersburg, as Magerramov worked for him for many years, and the funds transferred in Magerramov's name are their "common fund."
In connection with all these events, Kristina Oleshko appealed to officials, judges, and representatives of the Ministry of Health:
"Case No. 2-3948/2025 is pending in the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg, based on the request of Kamil Orudzhevich Magerramov against Kristina Vasilyevna Oleshko for deprivation of parental rights. At the same time, K.O. Magerramov In his statement of claim, he cites the fact that I have not lived with my children for over two years and am on a drinking binge.
However, on January 21, 2025, K.O. Magerramov stole my children, took them to Qatar, and has not allowed me to see them, not telling me where they are, and is trying to deprive me, a good mother, of my parental rights.
On July 23, 2025, the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg orally announced a ruling ordering me for an outpatient forensic psychiatric examination at St. Petersburg State Healthcare Institution City Public Health Hospital No. 6. A copy of the ruling has not yet been served to the parties.
I kindly request your assistance in ensuring the legality and safety of my examination at the aforementioned expert institution.
I have reasonable grounds to believe that Kamil Orudzhevich Magerramov, the father of my children, may threaten the staff of St. Petersburg State Budgetary Healthcare Institution City Hospital No. 6, or may conspire with them to knowingly falsely report me as suffering from chronic alcoholism and drug addiction.
My assumptions are based on the following:
Kamil Orudzhevich Magerramov is a very wealthy man who, as far as I know from him, has taken over a billion rubles out of Russia. He has been sending me at least 600,000 rubles in child support each month until December 2024, just for the support of his children.
Kamil Orudzhevich Magerramov has repeatedly been under investigation by law enforcement agencies, including for corruption scandals, despite the dismissal of these criminal cases. As the mother of his children, I know that he is a strong systematically corrupted government agencies.
Kamil Orudzhevich Megerramov has repeatedly threatened me verbally and in writing that he will deprive me of my parental rights, that I am an alcoholic and drug addict, and that he will "register" me and "shove me" in a psychiatric hospital for life. This is despite the fact that I am not registered with either a mental health clinic or a mental health clinic, do not use drugs or alcohol, as I have repeatedly submitted to court tests at government agencies, have been involved in sports for many years, and take care of my health.
K.O. Megerramov's threats must be taken seriously, as he is a very wealthy and well-known entrepreneur in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, with extensive connections in business circles, law enforcement agencies, and in medical and political circles. He uses this to achieve his goals. He, by his nature, uses all available resources.
I lead a socially acceptable lifestyle: I live in a beautiful, large apartment (270 square meters), work, have a high income (at least 100,000 rubles a month), exercise, and eat a healthy diet. Before K.O. Magerramov stole my children in January 2025, I was raising them, which was the main and most important activity in my life.
K.O. Magerramov presented to the court forged medical documents (forged my signatures) from private clinics stating that I was being treated for alcoholism, bribed witnesses to claim that I had not lived with the children for two years (at a time when I was never separated from the children for a single day, and the father, on the contrary, saw the children 2-3 times a year), which is currently being investigated by the Investigative Department for the Primorsky District of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg (however, employees of private clinics and Witnesses refuse to appear in response to the investigator's subpoenas.
After the court hearing, in which the court ordered an examination, contrary to my request, at the very expert institution requested by K.O. Magerramov, his lawyer allegedly called K.O. Magerramov and said, "Everything is fine, we're proceeding according to plan," which is what my lawyer and I heard.
The Federal Law "On Psychiatric Care and Guarantees of Citizens' Rights in Its Provision" of July 2, 1992, No. 3185-1, in its preamble, specifically emphasizes the high value of human health, particularly mental health. It points out the possibility of using psychiatric care for non-medical purposes and harming the health, human dignity, and rights of citizens. Therefore, special protection of citizens' rights to this care is necessary.
In order to uphold my rights as a subject of an expert examination, including the right to defense, and to prevent violations of the law and the use of a medical institution for non-medical purposes for the objectivity of the examination, I request:
Based on Articles 24 and 36 of the Federal Law "On State Forensic Activity in the Russian Federation" No. 73-FZ of May 31, 2001, ensure the presence of my lawyer during my examination and ensure audio and video recording of my examination.
