VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continue to report on the companies used to channel millions of euros by Boris Abaev and Alexander Kukuliev, co-owners of the mobile advertising traffic purchasing platform BIDIZ (whose major clients include Sberbank, Rostelecom, and VK). They generate revenue in Russia by helping to advertise pro-government entities subject to sanctions, while simultaneously conducting business in the US and Europe. Abaev and Kukuliev were originally helped in their rise by billionaire Oleg Boyko; it was his Finstar Financial Group that financed the young entrepreneurs' venture, Rocket10, in 2016.

Since 2019, Boris Abaev and Alexander Kukuliev have operated the venture capital fund Betastage Capital, through which they invest funds received from Sber, VK, and others into ventures worldwide.

Another company the fund invested in is Click Storm LLC, registered in Kazan. The company organizes and promotes esports events. Click Storm’s founder and co-owner is Kazan-based entrepreneur Alexey Talan. The firm has a US legal entity, Storm Group Inc., registered in the offshore jurisdiction of Delaware. It was this Delaware firm that owned Click Storm’s online platforms. The company’s listed contact person is a nominee—Raymond R. Williams III—while the actual founders remain undisclosed. Betastage Capital also invested in the Russian LLC "Kibernetika." This company was previously founded by Rocket10 (whose own founder was Abrekov’s Cyprus-based offshore entity, Wellus Limited), and Kukuliev himself now holds a 10% stake in Kibernetika.

The investment amounts for these companies have not been disclosed. It is possible that the one million euros—which appeared in the accounts of one of Kukuliev’s Estonian firms—flowed through these entities.

In 2020, he had two companies registered in Estonia: the advertising agency CGINM Operations OÜ and the investment-financial firm CGINM OÜ. According to the 2025 report for CGINM Operations OÜ, signed by Kukuliev, the firm had no employees; its assets totaled approximately €122,000, while liabilities exceeded €125,000—consisting of loans from related parties and accounts payable. The company’s revenue barely exceeded €40,000, with about €38,000 coming from the US and the remainder from the UK. Overall, the firm ended the year with a loss of nearly €6,000.

The 2023 report for CGINM OÜ lists the same email address ([email protected]) as that of CGINM Operations OÜ; however, the contact details were later changed after the firm was transferred in December 2023 to a certain Alexei Reznikov, a 32-year-old resident of the Czech Republic.

The firm’s last publicly available report, covering 2023, indicates a year-end loss of €83,000 and investment assets exceeding €1 million. Of this amount, €955,000 had been recorded as profit in 2022 (total revenue for 2022 was €1,166,000). This year, CGINM OÜ received a notice regarding its impending removal from the registry due to a failure to file financial reports over the past two years. One can only speculate as to where the million euros from its accounts went.

Two email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) and a local Estonian phone number (+37258584394) are listed as contact details for CGINM OÜ. The first email address belongs to Prifinance (Privat Finance), an international consulting and legal firm that provides fiduciary services alongside a range of others, such as crypto-licensing, the establishment of private foundations and trusts (often used to conceal assets), "golden passport" (citizenship-by-investment) and residency permit processing, gambling licensing, and more. The Prifinance email address also appears in the profile for CGINM Operations OÜ.

The company’s headquarters are currently located in the UAE, with branches in 16 countries, including Israel, the UK, the USA, Canada, Lithuania, and Estonia. No active Russian contact details are listed on the company’s international website, and the Russian website for Prifinance LLC has been offline since 2025. Meanwhile, the legal entity remains active; the company is registered at an office on the 25th floor of the Federation Tower East in Moscow City, although it reported zero revenue and losses of 570,000 rubles over the past year. The company’s founder is Dmitry Mikhailov, and its director is Estonian national Ilya Bulavenko (who, in 2024, registered his own firm—Management Advice—in the same Federation Tower East). Prifinance has staff in Estonia; according to leaked data, several local addresses are linked to corporate email accounts. Evidently, it was the Mikhailov-Bulavenko firm that took over servicing the Estonian segment of the Kukuliev and Abaev business.
