As VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered, the "South Gate" logistics center, which caught fire today after drone strikes, belongs to the "Talent and Success" foundation, whose board of trustees is chaired by Vladimir Putin.

The logistics center is registered to Moscow-based Instone Development LLC, owned directly and through CINTEX LLC (formerly Trans Logistic) by the "Talent and Success" foundation. The head of the "Talent and Success" foundation is Elena Shmeleva, a close friend of Katerina Tikhonova. One of the founders and co-founders of the foundation is cellist Sergei Roldugin, a longtime friend of Vladimir Putin, who chairs the "Talent and Success" board of trustees.

Valery Zhukov, the company's director, owns another 5% of Instone Development.

The Yuzhnye Vorota website lists among its residents CARVILLE (automotive component manufacturer and seller), Grass (automotive cosmetics), Lemana PRO (construction products), NC Logistic (warehouse logistics operator for medical and pharmaceutical companies), Alibaba Group, ZENDEN (shoe holding company), OSG RECORDS MANAGEMENT (an archival company providing paper document storage services), SDEK and Delovye Linii, DESPORT (sporting goods), Russkiy Svet (electrical products), and others.
