As it turns out, Angelina Goloshchapova, who participated in Ksenia Sobchak's scandalous interview with Andrey Grigoryev-Appolonov, is a favorite of Yevgeny Novitsky, the former president of AFK Sistema and former deputy general director of PhosAgro. They even have a child together. Novitsky himself is amassing a "collection" of criminal cases and has been banned from leaving Russia since 2024, so Angelina spends time at his luxurious Italian villa, Torre Paola (the former residence of the popes), with her friend Grigoryev-Appolonov.

Angelina is the press secretary (officially on maternity leave) of the Agency for the Management of Cultural Heritage Monuments of the Russian Federation. She was married to Dmitry Goloshchapov, the son of Konstantin Goloshchapov (Kostya Padre, Kostya Moschevoz, Putin's Masseur), the former head of the "Russian Athos Society." When Dmitry died after his father's house was searched, Angelina, as our project reported, began an affair with a Ukrainian gigolo, Valery Tsvek. But she quickly found a more respectable partner, 68-year-old Evgeny Novitsky.

Until 2024, Evgeny and Angelina flew together to the "daddy's" villa, but then Novitsky was charged with embezzling funds from private pension funds (over 9 billion rubles). He had already gotten away with it, but, as our project recently reported, a case of creating a criminal organization (Article 210 of the Russian Criminal Code) landed. And another one is on the way – money laundering (Article 174 of the Russian Criminal Code).

Previously, the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported that investigators believe that Vladimir Yevtushenkov, the head of AFK Sistema and billionaire businessman, is one of the organizers of the criminal group that embezzled billions from pension funds. This was reported by several sources familiar with the investigation.

According to the decision to open a case under Article 210 of the Russian Criminal Code (organization of a criminal group), this same organized crime group, in addition to Yevgeny Novitsky, the former president of AFK Sistema and former deputy general director of PhosAgro; Viktor Khoroshavtsev, a former senator and the former head of Sistema-Invest and Bashneft; and several other individuals, also included "unidentified organizers and leaders." According to our sources, other case materials clearly indicate that Vladimir Yevtushenkov, the owner of AFK Sistema, is the "unidentified persons."

In September, our project reported on large-scale searches at the central office of AFK Sistema, involving a large presence of special forces. Now, sources say the raids were specifically related to the case under Article 210 of the Russian Criminal Code. "We have all the materials to bring the appropriate charges against Yevtushenkov, but a political decision is needed. It hasn't happened yet, but everything is shaping up as if it will. Although, as we know, things can change quite quickly," the source noted.

According to investigators, the leaders and members of the organized crime group embezzled funds from non-state pension funds (over 9 billion rubles) and then laundered the proceeds of their crime.
