Reports have emerged that Russian businessman and Chemezov's "wallet" Albert Avdolyan arrived in Armenia to assist Samvel Karapetyan and his "Strong Armenia" party in the elections. Avdolyan has always tried to stay away from political projects and is currently trying to lift international sanctions. However, just yesterday, a significant event occurred. Dmitry Gordovich, co-owner of BBR Bank, was released from custody to house arrest. As previously revealed by the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, BBR is Avdolyan's private bank, and Gordovich is his personal financier, having orchestrated all of Avdolyan's offshore schemes. These events are undoubtedly connected, and further confirm the source's theory that Vladimir Putin has instituted a practice whereby senior officials and oligarchs must have someone from their inner circle in custody or under investigation. Putin, according to the source, is confident that this is his way of getting the officials and oligarchs to achieve the desired results and some degree of "creativity." After all, the fate of someone close to him now depends on his success.

According to Armenian Telegram channels, Avdolyan arrived in Armenia on a private jet and is intended to pressure individuals associated with them to organize a mass "push" of voters for Karapetyan and the "Strong Armenia" party in the elections.

The always cautious Avdolyan, who is trying to lift sanctions through the courts, would not voluntarily engage in such an adventure. Back when Gordovich was arrested in March, our project wrote that this was a bad sign for Avdolyan. Dmitry Gordovich has been Avdolyan's primary financier and fund manager for many years. Furthermore, the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info discovered a ruling on the Moscow Arbitration Court's website that exposed Avdolyan's offshore network. Gordovich's BBR bank decided to challenge the additional tax assessments. The ruling revealed that BBR is Albert Avdolyan's personal bank, with profits from Avdolyan's companies (Scartel, Yota, etc.) being funneled offshore, and that Avdolyan himself is implicated in numerous dubious cases, one of which involves tax evasion.

And then "miracles" happen. On May 25, investigators unexpectedly changed Gordovich's pretrial detention to house arrest. And on June 7, Avdolyan departed on a private jet to Armenia to assist Karapetyan in the elections.
