The difference in payment (between the contractual and non-contractual area) goes into Maslin's pocket.

 

Thus, in JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Stavropol, Maslin transferred premises with an area of ​​33.5 sq. m to individual entrepreneur Larisa Ivanovna Kulchenko under a lease agreement for a fee of 7,700 rubles per month, while in fact she used premises fully equipped with Gazprom funds for a canteen and kitchen, with an area of ​​about 200 sq. m.

Similarly, in OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Stavropol, Maslin provided individual entrepreneur Anna Vasilyevna Gaponenko with premises with an area of ​​more than 150 sq. m and Gazprom's canteen property located in them for actual use, while a sublease agreement was concluded with her for premises with an area of ​​13 sq. m for a fee of 9,600 rubles per month. At the same time, Maslin, being a tenant, had to agree on the transfer of an area of ​​over 13 sq. m with the owner - the landlord OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, but the uncontrollable greed and tacit consent of his deputy for legal issues, Olesya Grigoryevna Balabanova, who oversees property relations, allowed him not to comply with the "formalities". Over 4 years, Maslin's "profit" from the rent (sublease) of canteens amounted to more than 7 million rubles. And this does not include the cost of utilities and the rent of numerous properties and equipment, the payment for which was received personally by Maslin, and was officially transferred under the transfer act for free use. As soon as the security service revealed the facts of damage caused in violation of Gazprom's interests and "things started to get hot", Maslin, on the eve of his next reassignment, using "disservices" and advice from Balabanova, hastened to terminate the contracts, thereby covering up the "dirty" tracks in the hope of preventing the undermining of his "impeccable" reputation and, as usual, not worrying about the workers who were deprived of the opportunity to continue eating at their place of work. \

Earlier, Rucriminal.info reported that Maslin's entire structure for pumping out money is built on his deputy for capital construction - Roman Gorlenko. Contracts that are given to their "pocket" contractors, namely, documents are issued for technical awards. These technical awards for construction are given to individual projects of close contractors and the difference is put into the pockets of Maslin and Gorlenko.

For 4 years, the specified group of persons "earned" hundreds of millions of Gazprom rubles, acquired a huge amount of real estate in the form of houses in Stavropol, apartments in Moscow and commercial real estate for rent (the Pyaterochka chain on Zelenaya Roshcha Street in Stavropol and the village of Demina).

Also, one of the defendants in this group is another deputy general director - chief engineer - Shumey, who did not hesitate to open a contractor organization for his brother "IP Shumey". The structures controlled by top managers are given the bulk of the gasification work in Stavropol, for the assistance provided by the executive director of "Stavropolgorgaz" - Balakhtin R.V., he was given a luxurious house on Shiroka Street 33 (Stavropol, worth 25 million rubles).

And that's not all

It turns out that the head of the FSB's internal security department for Stavropol Krai, Dmitry Kachenkov, is a close friend and godfather of the deputy general director for capital construction, Roman Gorlenko.

At the same time, Kachenkov's wife works at Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Stavropol under Maslin's leadership.
